With the knowledge of the body’s anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation we can provide patients with safe and effective training techniques that will optimize desired goals, as well as prevent future injuries or re-injury. The patient’s health and well-being are always the first consideration when developing such a program. A large part of our practice involves increasing the physical capacity of those who have had back surgery. For example, each exercise is expected to yield a certain outcome or function. Therefore, we are able to decipher and demonstrate which exercises are safe for you and which are not.
Sports Enhancement - the key to increasing physical capacity is much the same as our personal training philosophy. By insuring proper training techniques you will function at optimal capacity with less fear of injury. Muscle balancing, flexibility and proptioceptive coordination allow the body to perform at its peak. If injury should occur, the body has a proper foundation to allow for quicker recovery.
